Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, RTM Operations Group receives your name, company, work email, optional phone number, location count, timeline, and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, understand your program, coordinate follow-up, and maintain business correspondence. We do not sell inquiry information or enroll form submissions in a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and website activity

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions and security data. Inquiry notifications are delivered to RTM’s business email inbox through Cloudflare’s email service. These providers process data under their respective terms and privacy policies.

We record limited website events, such as successful inquiries and booking or email-link clicks, to understand how the site is used. These events contain the event name and page path, not the information entered into the form. Hosting services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, for security and request handling.

Retention and access

RTM retains business correspondence as needed to handle inquiries, ongoing business relationships, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access is limited to those handling the inquiry and the service providers supporting delivery.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you have supplied by contacting hello@rtmops.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business recordkeeping purposes.
